I'm a Texas-licensed attorney and former Goldman Sachs investment banker — VP in Private Markets Investing & Lending — and I built this practice around a simple idea: emerging managers deserve the same quality of legal and operational infrastructure that established funds take for granted, without the overhead of a large firm or the friction of managing a dozen separate vendors.
These days, I work exclusively with investment managers as an integrated back-office function — a single point of coordination across their full service provider stack: fund administration, outside counsel, tax and audit, compliance, and more. My job is to let you stay focused on investing and fundraising while I handle the infrastructure around it. I've helped dozens of funds and SPVs get off the ground and run smoothly, from formation through ongoing operations and exit.
I focus primarily on emerging managers and exempt reporting advisers, though my practice also serves entrepreneurs and family offices navigating the same complexity. The Goldman background shapes how I approach every engagement — I think about your fund as a business, not just a set of legal documents.
